Job Summary:

Responsible for daily cash activities through handling cash receipts and disbursements, monitoring cash positions, and preparing cash management reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily cash operations, ensuring accurate recording and timely processing of all cash inflows and outflows
  • Process, verify, and reconcile cash receipts and disbursements across multiple bank accounts
  • Analyze daily cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity and optimal fund utilization
  • Prepare comprehensive cash management reports, highlighting cash balances, movements, and key variances
  • Support short-term cash forecasting and contribute to the planning of funding requirements
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements related to cash handling and payments
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external banking partners to facilitate efficient cash transactions and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related course
  • With at least one (1) year of working experience
