Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operation and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, and wireless devices.
  • Support and maintain radio trunking communication systems and fiber optic network connectivity.
  • Support and maintain PABX telephony systems.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity.
  • Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network security operations.
  • Assist in network device installation, rack mounting, cabling, and fiber optic patching activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for support infrastructure projects and operation activities.
  • Handle IT support requests via ticketing system (incident, service request, and change record management).
  • Maintain network documentation and hardware inventory records.
