Hiring: Power BI Developer

Location: Richmond, VA – Local candidates preferredWork Arrangement: HybridContract: Contract Position

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join a State of Virginia project.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
  • Work with Dataverse, SQL Server, and other data sources.
  • Create DAX measures and perform data transformation using Power Query.
  • Design data models and optimize report performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
  • Troubleshoot data refresh issues and maintain existing reports.

🔹 Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of Power BI development experience.
  • 3+ years of DAX, Power Query, and SQL experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Dataverse or Dynamics 365 reporting.
  • Strong data modeling and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with Power BI Service and Row-Level Security is a plus.
