Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Drive revenue and gross margin target allocated for MICROSOFT AZURE Microsoft Azure & Public sector business.
- Define Product roadmap for MICROSOFT AZURE Microsoft Azure business.
- Develop strategic alliances with Cloud partners and Microsoft as a vendor.
- Facilitating cadences between MICROSOFT AZURE & Ingram Sales team
- Develop GTM/Operating model for MICROSOFT AZURE Microsoft Azure business.
- Product standardization & product enhancement to keep abreast of competition.
- Lead vendor experience and excellence with Ingram Micro.
- Enabling cross-functional collaboration to support Partner life cycle management.
- Training to sales and technical team on MICROSOFT AZURE products to enhance their cloud knowledge and business acumen.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners
- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Experience in handling product management/strategic partnerships/NPD/ developing GTM models in B2B / Distributor / Partner domain.
- Experience in handling MICROSOFT AZURE business.
- Relevant certifications in MICROSOFT AZURE.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 8-15 years of experience in cloud product management, preferably with Azure or other hyperscale platforms.
- Strong understanding of Azure services, channel distribution model, and cloud industry landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in an IT distributor or cloud aggregator environment.
- Familiarity with Azure Partner Network (APN) programs and the Azure Marketplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in Cloud domain – MICROSOFT AZURE
