We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to join our team.

We are an electrical service based company focused on troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and service-related projects. This position is NOT focused on new construction or new electrical installations.

We’re specifically looking for someone who understands the service side of the electrical trade and is comfortable evaluating existing electrical systems, identifying problems, developing solutions, estimating the work, and managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and understand service-related electrical issues
  • Develop scopes of work and accurate estimates
  • Prepare proposals and communicate solutions clearly to customers
  • Manage service projects from initial estimate through completion
  • Coordinate with electricians, customers, vendors, and subcontractors as needed
  • Review job progress, materials, labor, and project profitability
  • Identify additional service opportunities when appropriate
  • Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and according to applicable codes
  • Maintain strong communication with customers and field personnel
  • Help prioritize and schedule service work

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in the electrical service industry is NOT required but is a plus
  • Strong understanding of troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and electrical system upgrades
  • Experience estimating electrical service work
  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and existing system layouts
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and common service practices
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities (Multi tasking is a big part of this position)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to accurately assess labor, materials, and project requirements
  • Experience managing electricians or service technicians is a plus

Important: Service Experience Required

This is a service-based position. We are NOT looking for someone whose primary experience is in new construction or new electrical installations.

Our work involves existing buildings and electrical systems—troubleshooting problems, making repairs, performing upgrades, handling maintenance, and finding practical solutions for customers.

If your background is primarily new construction, ground-up installations, or production electrical work, this likely is not the right position for you.

If you have spent time in the field working on service calls, troubleshooting electrical problems, repairs, upgrades, and existing systems, we want to hear from you.
