About KEEN KEEN Creative is a strategy-first marketing team based in Edmonton. We’re a collaborative crew working with clients from startups to the public sector across North America. The Role As a Graphic Designer at KEEN, you’ll co-create across brand, digital, and campaign work from early sketches and moodboards to polished deliverables. You’ll collaborate daily with our team, jump in where you’re needed, and help turn good ideas into work that performs. No two days are the same but the constant is a supportive team that has your back.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working as Graphic Designer
  • A diploma/degree in Graphic/Visual Communication Design 
  • Experience in designing brands and full campaigns with both online and print applications.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
  • Experience wireframing and designing websites (no coding experience necessary)
  • Experience with UX/UI design and website audits 
  • Client-facing experience including presenting concepts, co-creating in workshops, and capturing insights that improve the work.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for translating ideas into visuals
  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
  • Self-starter mindset with respect for the team and process

Bonus Skills: 

  • Copywriting, such as being comfortable writing headlines and microcopy
  • Experience creating with Webflow
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing

What you’ll do:

  • Research, design, and lay out creative for print and digital
  • Develop and iterate concepts that solve the brief and support strategy
  • Build and refine brand systems (logos, type, colour, grids, guidelines, etc.)
  • Adhere to and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
  • Design campaign assets (social, ads, landing pages, emails, OOH, etc.)
  • Create designs for Website projects from planning, wireframes to full site design 
  • Present work clearly to teammates and clients with the ability to take and apply feedback
  • Manage your own workload and time with the expectation that you hit agreed upon milestones and deliverables
  • Follow KEEN workflows and keep files clean and organized

This is an in-person role in our Edmonton office, with some flexibility to work from home on occasion.
