The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform decision-making and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a passion for using data to drive business solutions. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets from various sources

- Develop and maintain data models and databases

- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions

- Create reports and visualizations to present data in a clear and concise manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and completeness

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of healthcare data and regulations is a plus
