Job Description

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major VA Medical Center facility recapitalization program and manage design and construction activities onsite.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of project management, design, engineering, or construction management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred:

  • Federal government Owner’s Representative experience
  • PMP or CCM certification
  • Medical facility construction experience on projects $30M+

Key Skills:

  • Manage schedule, budget, risk, quality, and construction activities
  • Coordinate with VA, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders
  • Review designs, submittals, proposals, and cost estimates
  • Lead project meetings and maintain documentation
  • Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends, or holidays
  • Ability to work on active construction sites and in various weather conditions
