You’ll use modern AI tools and automation frameworks to turn evolving requirements into clear specifications, comprehensive test scenarios, and reliable automated tests.

- Use AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar solutions to accelerate requirements analysis and test creation.
- Create and maintain automated tests using Playwright, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
- Use AI to identify edge cases, gaps, contradictions, and potential impacts when requirements change.
- Leverage AI-assisted testing approaches to maintain and adapt automated tests as the application evolves.
- Review AI-generated scenarios and automation to ensure quality and meaningful test coverage.
- Investigate application failures and defects using logs, test results, and AI-assisted analysis.
- Document defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
- Keep requirements, documentation, and automated tests aligned throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and QA teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

- Experience with Cucumber, Gherkin, and BDD.
- Strong understanding of software testing and automated test development.
- Experience working with business/product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Practical experience using AI/LLMs to improve testing, requirements analysis, automation, or documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with changing requirements and fast development cycles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

- Experience with AI-powered or self-healing testing tools.
- Experience with Okta authentication in automated testing.
- Experience with enterprise QA environments or test infrastructure.
- Experience with the Mercer QA ecosystem.
Why Join Us? This role goes beyond traditional QA. You’ll help build a more efficient, AI-powered approach to software quality by connecting requirements, automation, and product delivery into one continuous workflow.
