Operation- Project Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Collaborate closely with Senior Director of Operations and Project Managers (PMs) to oversee project costing, job setup, and timely and accurate invoicing. Responsible for the analysis and distribution of key operational reports, such as the monthly Percentage of Completion (POC) and intercompany job reports, while ensuring that data is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzing and sending the monthly POC report. Daily cadence
- Analyzing and sending the monthly intercompany job report. Weekly cadence
- Runs end of month CTC and ensures all yellows are closed properly. Monthly cadence
- Ensuring all intercompany jobs are set up correctly.
- Making sure project forecast adjustments are correct and completed when needed
- Tracking weekly progress and job costing on intercompany jobs
- Working with finance to ensure taxes, costs, and sales data is correctly entered into GP.
- Tracking all job change orders within GP for accurate job costing
- Working with PM’s to ensure jobs are invoiced correctly and timely
