Location

Our Software Engineer will be an integral part of our Attribute Engineering teams. This role is based fully on-site from the Attribute Tel Aviv office, located in Carlibach St 29 Tel Aviv, center.

Who We Are DoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers operate in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production.

Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency.

With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide.

About Attribute™

Attribute disrupted the AI and cloud space with FinOps Without Tagging. While organizations pause AI investment over uncontrolled spend and limited visibility, Attribute gives enterprises a way to see AI cost attributed to the exact customer, agent, or team driving it, based on actual consumption. Built by a team coming from the cybersecurity community and top global institutions, we've created the most advanced FinOps technology since the cloud itself. Attribute translates complex cloud and AI network signals into simple business insights, margins per customer, COGS, TCO, showback, making it immediately attractive to every DevOps and infrastructure buyer.

The Opportunity

Attribute technology and services are heavily based on eBPF technology on the Attribute sensor side and extensive ETL and data processing on the Backend (based on GCP). In order to meet the increasing challenges of the growing business, we are seeking an experienced engineer who will be working on increasing our sensor capabilities, including building dissectors for various protocols, and increasing our capability for events collection. In addition you will be working hand in hand with our Product and CS teams.

Responsibilities

  • Co-own the roadmap and backlog. Own parts of the product backlog, collaborate on defining and scoping future vision of the product roadmap.
  • Implementing features. From the proposal through spec and implementation to maintenance. You're expected to propose things that you think can be an excellent addition to the products
  • Reviewing code. We believe in code reviews. And you will soon start reviewing pull requests as well!
  • Improving the health of the codebase. We’re mindful of accumulating technical debt. We dedicate one day per week to housekeeping
  • Providing feedback. The team plans and discusses the upcoming work. We provide feedback to each other, trying to find challenges and unknowns as early as possible

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of software development experience as a Software engineer
  • Strong experience with Golang
  • Significant experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems
  • Familiarity with common communication protocols and willingness to work with packet processing
  • Versatile developer who can learn new tools and technologies quickly, using AI effectively while applying sound engineering judgment
  • Strong collaborator and independent contributor with excellent communication skills
  • Growth-minded, pragmatic problem solver who simplifies complexity and iterates quickly from MVPs using data and feedback

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Python
  • Familiarity with cloud environments
