Role Purpose

Translate client business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, from requirements through configuration and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather

and document business requirements.

  • Map

sales, service, and customer processes.

  • Configure

Salesforce objects, fields, flows, reports, dashboards, and approval processes.

  • Write

user stories and support solution design.

  • Conduct

workshops, demos, testing, and user training.

  • Work

with technical teams on customizations and integrations.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Salesforce configuration, Flow, reports, dashboards,

roles, and permissions.

  • Strong CRM process knowledge across sales and service.
  • Requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories,

and documentation.

  • Testing, UAT, training, and strong client-facing

communication.

Preferred

  • Salesforce Administrator.
  • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Platform App Builder.
