Our cutting-edge technology helps digital lenders, banks, and NBFCs streamline operations with high accuracy and efficiency Role Overview : We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with 1-3 years of experience to oversee the execution of fintech/SaaS projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and seamless coordination between engineering, sales, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure,

ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients, engineering, product, and business

teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

  • Agile & Scrum Implementation: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for

tech teams (if applicable).

  • Risk & Dependency Management: Identify potential roadblocks early and implement mitigation

strategies.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation (BRDs, SOWs, Change tracker,

progress reports) and provide regular updates to leadership.

  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise clients to understand requirements,

provide updates, and manage expectations.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management practices to enhance

efficiency •Supporting Key business processes to improve overall efficiency

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, AI/ML concepts, or fintech workflows is a plus.
  • PMP/CSM certification (preferred but not mandatory)
