Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Site Lead / Senior Project Manager to lead the onboarding and activation of clinics onto digital healthcare platforms. The successful candidate will coordinate with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, health authorities, government stakeholders, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include managing project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, resources, risks, and issues; facilitating project meetings; maintaining project documentation; providing progress updates to leadership; managing stakeholder relationships; and supporting multiple delivery projects, including site deployments, activations, and new service implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare project management experience, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and practical experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, digital healthcare solutions, and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project. PMP certification and experience with healthcare systems, EMR/CIS platforms, or healthcare organizations are considered assets.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of recent, related healthcare experience.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•
Experience delivering digital solutions to healthcare sites.
•
Strong project management and project leadership skills.
•
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
•
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-management skills.
•
Experience coordinating with clinics, hospitals, physicians, health authorities, vendors, and other stakeholders.
•
Ability to manage project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, resources, risks, and issues.
•
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
•
Experience leading site onboarding, deployments, activations, or implementations.
•
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
•
PMP certification is an asset.
•
Experience with BC Health Authorities, EMR/CIS systems, or OceanMD is an asset.
