What will your typical day look like?

You love to work in the world of digital products and services, uncovering the needs and wants of customers and businesses. You delve into the details of what a solution needs to meet these demands, and the intricate rules around it. You are the conduit between business, technology and creative, and can work with a variety of stakeholders to deliver successful products and projects. You thrive in a fast-paced, Agile delivery environment, working within a CI/CD model where priorities evolve quickly and close collaboration with technical teams is key to continuously delivering value. You lead and identify improvement opportunities and focus on creating a joyful customer experience which meets strategic business needs.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• A love for working with and delivering new customer-facing digital products, including customer portals, public websites and mobile applications, across a range of technologies.

• Experience working within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).

• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams, ideally in CI/CD environments with close collaboration across design and engineering

• A passion for defining new AI-powered and agentic solutions to help our clients, their customers and their customers’ agents.

• Strong business analysis capability, including requirements gathering, user stories, functional specifications, process mapping and journey mapping

• Experience working closely with architects, developers and technical teams to assess technical feasibility and delivery options, understand solution constraints, dependencies and effort estimates, and ensure proposed requirements and solutions are viable for delivery.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams.

• Exposure to Sitecore or other CMS platforms and .NET-based solutions would be advantageous but is not essential.
