What You Will Do:

  • Support documentation and analysis of business processes, workflows, operating procedures, and program requirements.
  • Draft and maintain SOPs, job aids, quick reference guides, training materials, and implementation documentation.
  • Translate complex technical, regulatory, and policy information into clear, user-friendly guidance materials.
  • Support stakeholder interviews, note-taking, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation activities.
  • Assist with development of onboarding resources, instructional materials, and knowledge repositories.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support process improvement recommendations and implementation activities.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and supporting project artifacts for client review.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, communications, technical writing, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience developing presentations, guidance documents, reports, or training materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into cohesive deliverables.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within project teams.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience developing SOPs, playbooks, or operational documentation.
  • Experience supporting federal agencies or government clients.
  • Familiarity with grants management, compliance programs, or program administration activities.
  • Experience developing training materials, videos, or learning content.
  • Exposure to process improvement or business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting change management or communications efforts.

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
