Job Description
Omrania is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong pre-contract and design management background to support our continued growth and deliver high-profile, multidisciplinary projects for key clients.
The successful candidate will lead projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial inception and planning through design development and successful delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, program, budget, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex multidisciplinary design projects.
- Manage project scope, program, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Act as the key interface between clients, stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and progress reporting.
- Manage project risks, changes, and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables and compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and post-project reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or design consultancy sectors.
- Proven experience managing large-scale and complex multidisciplinary projects, particularly during the pre-contract and design stages.
- Strong experience in stakeholder, client, program, resource, risk, and budget management.
- Experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
