Assist in managing project deliverables in line with the project plan, monitoring progress, and adjusting as necessary to ensure successful project completion. Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, contracts, and correspondence to ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured. Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and contractors, facilitating effective communication and ensuring client needs are met. Participate in client meetings and provide updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress. Site Management: Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Address and resolve on-site issues, providing technical and practical solutions to maintain project momentum. Financial Oversight: Help monitor project expenditures and budgeting, ensuring projects remain within financial targets and identifying potential financial risks. Quality and Safety Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure all aspects of the project adhere to VIVA Railings’ standards of quality and safety. Industry Knowledge Development: Continuously research and stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes and innovative approaches. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Project Management team, aiding in various tasks to streamline project activities and enhance team productivity.   QUALIFICATIONS:   Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the railing or construction industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with railing systems and construction safety standards is highly beneficial. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the railing or construction industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
