  • Build and review financial models, investment cases, valuation scenarios and cost analyses.
  • Structure analytical approaches and produce clear, decision-ready materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Own analytical workstreams end-to-end, manage concurrent projects and escalate issues with proposed solutions.
  • Coordinate input from internal teams and work with external stakeholders, including banks, co-investors and partners where needed.
  • Support portfolio optimisation, growth initiatives and post-acquisition integration where relevant.
  • Guide junior analysts, review their work and help maintain quality standards across team deliverables.

What makes you a great candidate?

  • Experience in M&A, investment analysis, corporate finance, consulting, financial modelling or business analysis.
  • Strong financial-modelling skills, including DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis and investment cases.
  • Advanced analytical capability and ability to structure complex problems independently.
  • Solid data-handling, analysis and visualisation skills; Python or automation experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Curious, quick to learn and comfortable applying critical and creative thinking to business problems.
