Key Responsibilities
- Define, track, and report key business and team performance metrics.
- Build and maintain internal performance dashboards and reports.
- Work with teams to establish and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and other business metrics.
- Create clear visualizations and data displays for leadership and teams.
- Help enable real-time/regular visibility of important metrics across the organization.
- Analyze trends, identify gaps, and highlight areas requiring attention.
- Partner with different teams to understand their data requirements and translate them into meaningful metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to business and leadership teams.
- Drive adoption of a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience working with OKRs, goal tracking, or organizational performance metrics is highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a simple, business-friendly manner.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of metrics and reporting.
