Job DetailsJob Location: AQUS- 1 Aquafil Drive - Cartersville, GA 30120Salary Range: $19.00 HourlySUMMARY: While a job description may not fully encompass every detail of a position, the purpose of the following is to provide an outline of goals, responsibilities, ability and knowledge required in order to successfully perform this job. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Monitor and control color for all BCF Spinning lots. Includes approval of all lot start-ups. Check properties for all production lots. Includes titer, wet crimp, tack count, spin finish, elongation and shrinkage. Grade all bobbins from the tower, approve and push to pack out. Check all-natural yarns using UV light, polymer dyeing, tail dyeing and visual inspection. Mod ratio and TYT as needed. Support production management as needed. Includes performing extra checks or tasks that will help manufacturing to efficiently produce quality product. Follow all safety rules for department and entire facility. General housekeeping as needed. Be aware of Aquafil's Recycling Guidelines and Environmental Management Systems Policy (see supervisor if further explanation is needed).

Required Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience: Manufacturing experience required (min. 1 yr) and preferrably experience in Quality Basic understanding of plant manufacturing processes is essential. Strong verbal and written abilities Working knowledge of e-mail Simple math and computer fundamentals a must
