How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage various projects related to the in Pre-sales, Implementation and Operational production phase in France and other countries when required.
  • Support projects implementation and compile plans ensuring projects progress according to them.
  • Coordinate with  internal and external resources to timely deliver project activities according to the agreed project plans and budget.
  • Ensure that the projects’ scope is communicated and understood amongst the stakeholders. Manage stakeholders’ expectations and concerns.
  • Identify risks, which would impact the project completion, in a timely manner as well as provide mitigation plans.
  • Manage, supervise, and coordinate the service providers and coordinate with internal services/ internal services, while also performing regular audits.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of the network of ATMs and POS, also provide reporting to the various stakeholders.
  • Study daily the breakdowns and irregularities of the network including the performance of suppliers and quickly resolve the problems encountered.
  • Work on internal and external processes optimisations.
  • Work on cost optimisations.
  • Work with internal teams to support ad hoc requests and backing up team members.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • BAC+5, where a specialization in Project Management would be considered a plus.
  • Minimum five (5) years of Project Management experience in multinational environments, ideally in the financial services industry. Technical background or experience will be considered as an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the deployment of ATMs, and additional experience in ATM systems and software will be considered an asset.
  • A solid track record in on-time delivery of projects, meeting budgets and satisfying the functional expectations of different parties.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel when required.
  • Valid category B driving license.
  • Must have legal right to work in the EU.
