GLOBAL BRANDS FINANCE ANALYST – PRESTIGE

FINANCE / BRAND FINANCE Paris

As our Global Brands Finance Analyst – Prestige, you will act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the Global Brand teams, supporting strategic decision-making, financial performance management, and transformation initiatives across Coty’s Prestige portfolio.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Global Brands Finance Analyst, you play a critical role in supporting brand strategy through strong financial ownership and business partnering. You will provide full P&L visibility, challenge investment decisions, support innovation projects, and help shape the financial success of some of Coty’s most iconic Prestige brands.

You will report to the Senior Director Global Brands – Prestige, and you will manage:

1. Brand Financial Ownership

  • Build and manage central budgets across a portfolio of Prestige brands.
  • Support business partners in prioritizing investments and budget allocation decisions.
  • Monitor spending and ensure optimization targets are achieved.
  • Act as guardian of financial discipline across strategic brand priorities.

2. Business Partnering & Investment Management

  • Challenge business teams on production, merchandising, and marketing costs to drive efficiency.
  • Support Marketing teams with financial insight on innovation and investment decisions.
  • Provide guidance on value creation across innovation, advertising, and customer promotion activities.
  • Deliver ROI assessments and financial evaluations of key initiatives.

3. Gross Margin & Profitability Management

  • Drive the Gross Margin agenda across the Prestige division.
  • Analyze profitability drivers and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Build business cases supporting new initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Contribute to stronger financial decision-making through portfolio and valuation analysis.

4. Transformation & Project Support

  • Support Coty and Prestige Division transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects within the Global Brand organization.
  • Help drive a culture of agility, openness, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives across Finance and Brand teams.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Supply Chain Finance, Procurement, R&D, and Marketing teams.
  • Deliver financial insights supporting both operational and strategic decisions.
  • Act as a true Finance Co‑Pilot to business stakeholders.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a commercially minded finance professional, you enjoy influencing decisions through data, building strong partnerships, and supporting innovation within a fast-paced global environment.

Your skills and experience include:

  • Degree in Finance with a proven track record in Finance roles.
  • Experience in Beauty, Fragrance, Skincare, Cosmetics, Luxury, or similar FMCG industries.
  • Proven Finance Business Partnering (Co‑Pilot) experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business judgment.
  • Experience developing business cases and evaluating investment returns.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Power BI, or similar financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, valuation, and portfolio management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into compelling business stories.
  • Experience in change management and transformation environments is highly valued.
