Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing & Revenue Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting billing operations, revenue-related processes, customer invoicing, and accounting activities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and customer contractual requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Revenue Analysts, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure accurate transaction processing, timely billing, and high-quality financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoice generation.
- Create and process invoices for customer sales orders and miscellaneous billing requests.
- Review billing transactions to ensure compliance with contractual terms, customer agreements, and internal SOX controls.
- Partner with Revenue Analysts to resolve billing discrepancies and support revenue recognition activities.
- Upload invoices and supporting documentation into customer portals and online payment platforms.
- Process and maintain installation base data updates through Oracle interface systems.
- Interface inventory subsystem transactions into the General Ledger and support reconciliation activities.
- Assist with accounting and bookkeeping functions, including transaction reviews and financial reporting.
- Generate ad hoc reports and analysis to support business and operational needs.
- Monitor billing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage escalated requests, prioritize multiple tasks, and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance operations, revenue accounting, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
