Full description

TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform with more than 100M users across 180+ countries.

We build tools that help traders and investors make informed decisions — from advanced charting and market data to collaboration and publishing features. Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.

We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.

About the role

We are looking for a Product Lead to own and evolve one of TradingView's product directions — a group of interconnected product domains that together shape how millions of users discover markets, connect with one another, transact, and experience the platform end to end. Depending on the direction, this may span areas such as our financial portal and market data experiences, social and community features, payments and monetization, or the platform's core user experience.

You will define the overarching product strategy, vision, and roadmap that connect these domains into a single, coherent user journey — and you will be accountable for the outcomes the direction drives.

This is both a people leadership and product leadership role. You will manage and grow a team of product managers, each owning one or more domains, while staying hands-on in setting cross-domain strategy, resolving prioritization trade-offs, and championing quality. The role requires a rare combination of strategic breadth, UX sensibility, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead through influence across a large, cross-functional organization.

You will shape the way millions of people around the world experience TradingView, balancing content richness, community engagement, monetization, and usability across every surface.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overarching product strategy, vision, and roadmap across all domains in your direction, ensuring they reinforce one another rather than operate in silos
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, setting clear goals, providing coaching, and fostering a high-performing, user-obsessed product culture
  • Own the cross-domain user journey and the trade-offs between competing priorities within the direction
  • Champion a coherent information architecture, navigation model, and design language that connect your domains and align with the broader platform
  • Drive the strategy and roadmap for each domain, working with your PMs to translate vision into well-scoped, high-impact initiatives
  • Define and track the key product metrics that matter for your direction, such as engagement, retention, conversion, monetization, navigation efficiency, and experience quality
  • Prioritize investment across domains based on user research, quantitative analysis, and business impact, making clear trade-offs when resources are constrained
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, content, marketing, finance, and partnerships teams to deliver high-quality experiences at scale
  • Communicate strategy, progress, and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization
  • Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and market trends to continuously refine your direction's experiences

What makes you the perfect fit

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing product managers or product teams
  • Demonstrated success owning product strategy across multiple domains or a broad product area
  • Strong UX/UI sensibility with hands-on experience collaborating with design teams — ability to critique wireframes, evaluate design trade-offs, and advocate for user-centered solutions
  • Experience shaping information architecture, content hierarchy, and navigation patterns for complex products
  • Proven track record of building products that deliver clear value in intuitive, engaging ways
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making, prioritization, and trade-offs across competing initiatives
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, particularly across design, content, data, engineering, marketing, and finance
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

Will be a plus

  • Understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, or how traders and investors consume market data
  • Experience with fintech, financial media, or market data platforms
  • Experience with monetization, subscriptions, or payments products
  • Experience growing social, community, or network-effect-driven products
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their role in content product strategy
  • Background in UX research, interaction design, or design-adjacent roles before transitioning to product management
  • Experience operating in large, fast-moving organizations and leading through influence across many teams

What we offer you

  • Opportunity to shape how 100+ million users discover markets, connect with one another, and experience global financial technology
  • Broad ownership across multiple interconnected product domains and the chance to build and lead a strong product team
  • Collaborative, innovation-driven culture with technical excellence at its core
  • Work with cutting-edge financial technology, real-time data systems, and a uniquely engaged user community
  • Professional growth and mentorship opportunities
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid work format
  • Well-equipped offices for focused and collaborative work
  • A global, distributed team of 500+ professionals
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • TradingView Premium access
  • Regular team events and company-wide meetups
