🚀 The Job Mission
You will support strategic construction delivery across a major civil engineering programme.
The role combines site management, construction planning, stakeholder coordination and contractor oversight.
🏗️Support strategic site setup and construction sequencing activities
📅Develop recovery plans and allocate resources across construction activities
🤝Coordinate contractors, managers and stakeholders to maintain delivery
🛡️Ensure construction activities comply with CDM and project requirements
📋Monitor performance and produce concise, meaningful construction reports
⚙️Support efficient site operations across complex construction work packages
📈Drive results-focused delivery while maintaining quality and value
👥Build trusted relationships with contractors and wider project teams
🔍Identify emerging issues and take timely corrective action
🚀Collaborate across management teams to deliver construction excellence
Qualifications
🎓Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Construction
🏗️Experience delivering large-scale, complex construction projects
📅Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, recovery planning and resource allocation
💼Understanding of commercial principles affecting construction delivery
🛡️Working knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction obligations
🤝Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
📋Ability to produce concise, informative and meaningful reports
⚡Proven ability to deliver results under significant pressure
👥Experience collaborating with managers across complex site operations
🏅NEBOSH, SMSTS or IOSH qualification holder
