About the role This role is designed to help customers successfully use and troubleshoot our software as their first point of contact for technical support. You will diagnose questions and challenges, dive into our Documentation and Knowledge Base (KB), and deliver fast, accurate solutions. When challenges get more complex, you’ll step in with clear, structured guidance and direct communication, and connect to customers live if required. If needed, you will escalate requests to our experts within the team or to R&D teams to keep improving our platforms.
This role is part of our Customer Success organization and focuses on technical customer support and incident resolution.
What will you do
- Support customers around the world in getting the most from our platforms
- Log and document incidents accurately in Jira to ensure clear ownership and follow-up
- Use our Knowledge Base to troubleshoot efficiently and deliver faster solutions
- Share your expertise and insights to strengthen our internal knowledge
- Keep customers informed through proactive, transparent communication throughout the resolution process
- Collaborate with colleagues across our international team to resolve complex issues and continuously improve the customer experience
What we are looking for
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field
- Have 2–4 years of SaaS application support experience, with a strong understanding of IT systems and a structured troubleshooting approach
- Communicate clearly in English and simplify technical concepts for different audiences
- Bring a curious, solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting
- Are willing to work flexible or rotating shifts across global time zones
- Have experience debugging APIs and SQL, including REST, JSON, authentication methods, and basic queries
- Have experience with Windows Server/IIS, SQL Server, and/or Linux systems, including basic commands and troubleshooting, with an awareness of ITIL practices
- Programming skills are a plus

- You can quickly diagnose and resolve configuration, integration, and platform challenges, becoming a go-to expert for complex technical questions.

- Customers and colleagues trust your expertise and regularly turn to you for technical guidance and advice.
- You're working closely with Product and R&D teams, helping shape product improvements through customer insights and real-world experience.

In this role, you can expect the following interviewing process:
- 1st Interview with Internal Recruiter (45 minutes)
- 2nd Interview with our Senior Support Manager (60 minutes)
- 3rd Interview with a Support Engineer (60 minutes)
