Will you help shape the future of one of Europe's leading Retailers? As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Business Development, you will play an important role in driving strategic initiatives and transformations across JYSK's international organisation. Working closely with Executive Management, Country Management Teams and Functional Leadership, you will help identify opportunities, solve business challenges and ensure execution of key priorities across markets and functions.

Based at our Head Office in Aarhus, you will join a team at the centre of JYSK's strategic agenda and gain unique insight into the business while contributing to the company's continued growth and development.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Business Development acts as JYSK's internal consulting and transformation function. We are a team of ten colleagues working directly with Executive Management, Country Management Teams and Functional Leadership to solve critical business challenges and deliver measurable results across markets and functions.

Our projects are closely linked to JYSK's strategic priorities, and you will gain broad exposure to areas such as omnichannel retail, stores, logistics and digital initiatives while working closely with the business and our customers.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Structure complex business challenges and identify root causes.
  • Develop analyses, business cases and actionable recommendations.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across functions and markets.
  • Lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives from idea to implementation.
  • Drive change management, governance and value realisation.
  • Deliver measurable business impact across JYSK.

Project Manager

Lead workstreams and smaller to medium-sized projects. Build analyses and business cases, facilitate workshops, coordinate stakeholders and drive successful implementation.

Typical background: 3-7 years within project management, consulting, PMO, strategy or business development.

Senior Project Manager

Drive complex projects and programs and act as a trusted sparring partner to directors and senior leaders. Develop transformation strategies, coach project managers and graduates, drive cross-functional change and influence key business decisions.

Typical background: 7+ years of relevant experience delivering complex transformation programs.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for a new colleague who has:

  • Strong project/program management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen (retail experience is a plus)
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Change management and facilitation experience
  • Ability to drive execution and deliver results
