Full description

  • Direct and manage multiple mechanical construction projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, manpower forecasts, and profitability projections.
  • Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontracts.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and coordination efforts with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Manage project procurement activities, including major equipment and material purchases.
  • Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, permit requirements, inspections, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project financial performance, including cost tracking, billings, collections, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and schedule compliance.
  • Mentor assistant project managers, coordinators, and project engineers.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that support repeat business opportunities.
  • Lead project closeout activities, including commissioning, punch list completion, as-built documentation, O&M manuals, warranty administration, and final invoicing.
  • Support business development, estimating, and preconstruction efforts when needed.
