Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Plan and track resource allocation and project milestones
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions through RAID management
  • Drive Agile delivery practices and governance
  • Monitor project SLA/KPI performance and delivery outcomes
  • Prepare regular project status reports and executive-level updates
  • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Facilitate communication between business, campaign, data science, and technology teams
  • Ensure effective governance and timely escalation of project issues
  • Support the delivery of AI/ML-powered use cases within the omnichannel campaign ecosystem
  • Ensure alignment with Agile practices and development standards

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience
  • Proven experience managing Agile projects, including planning, resource allocation, scope management, and milestone tracking
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project delivery
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations through effective RAID governance
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills, with experience preparing project status updates, executive reports, and KPI/SLA performance tracking
  • Exposure to AI/ML, data analytics, or digital transformation projects is an added advantage
