Build Projects That Actually Matter. Lead From the Front.

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager who knows how to run jobs, estimate work, and keep projects profitable from start to finish.

If you have real experience in estimating (with and without prints), piping systems, and industrial construction, this is a high-impact role where you’ll take full ownership of projects and be trusted to lead.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage projects from kickoff to completion (planning → execution → closeout)
  • Perform estimating & takeoffs (materials + labor) — prints and field-based
  • Oversee projects involving:
  • Industrial piping (process, sanitary, utility)
  • Equipment installs (boilers, chillers, compressors, tanks, silos)
  • Structural steel & misc. fabrication installs
  • Millwright & rigging operations
  • Coordinate with superintendents, field crews, and office staff
  • Communicate directly with clients, GCs, and vendors
  • Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Conduct job site visits and track daily progress
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and protect job profitability
  • Solve technical and field issues quickly and effectively

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Project Management experience in construction or industrial environments
  • Strong estimating experience (REQUIRED) — with and without blueprints
  • Piping and pipe layout experience (HIGHLY preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret full construction drawings
  • Experience managing multiple trades and complex installs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel to job sites regularly

Benefits

Compensation & Perks

  • $80K – $100K base salary (based on experience)
  • $700/month vehicle allowance
  • Gas card provided
  • Company cell phone + laptop
  • Full-time, stable opportunity with long-term growth

Work Environment

  • Mix of office + active job sites (industrial, manufacturing, plant environments)
  • Exposure to real construction conditions (noise, heights, confined spaces, etc.)
  • Fast-paced, team-driven environment where results matter
