Job Description
You are the SME Product Manager for Internet connectivity solutions. You own the end-to-end product management cycle, work with Service Line Head to define strategy and roadmap to executing go-to-market plans and managing overall connectivity product portfolio profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and proven experience in P&L analysis and GTM execution
Responsibilities
- Define and own the Internet product portfolio strategy, including roadmap, feature development, and lifecycle management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and guide product positioning.
- Develop go-to-market strategies: pricing, packaging, sales enablement, channel strategy, and launch execution for layer 1 and new services
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, enhancement, and sunsetting.
- Drive and monitor service line P&L management for all including revenue forecasting, cost modelling, pricing analysis, and margin optimization to ensure we grow revenue YoY.
- Collaborate with engineering, network planning, operations, and finance to ensure successful delivery and scalability of services.
- Partner with sales teams to engage and support customer engagements, RFP responses, and deal structuring.
- Monitor product performance, KPIs, and profitability to continuously improve portfolio competitiveness.
- Subject matter expert (SME) for Internet services, representing the product internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT or related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Telco, ICT arena - IT Network industry and involved in Pre-sales or Post-sales of medium to large/complex Infrastructure
- Familiar and conversant in Telco services – Domestic and Global – Internet, IP Transit, DDOS Mitigation, MetroEthernet, MPLS, SD-WAN
- Network and SI solutioning preferred
- Ability to perform independently and interface with customers, partners and account team
- Good knowledge of consulting frameworks and methodologies
- Excellent presentation/communication skills (written and verbal)
