Under direct or general supervision, responsible for conducting straight forward financial and economic analyses; assisting with preparation of financial statements and reports and assisting with developing and preparing organization's budgets. Demonstrates a service orientation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintains routine, straight forward reports already in production
•Works on structured assignments based on existing practices and within guidelines
- Assists with managerial financial analysis and reporting
- Learning processes within immediate team/group
- Learn reporting and analysis tools
- Major expectations are learning financial analysis in the area if focus; gaining understanding of business area; and assisting with straight forward analysis and reporting
- Works primarily under direct supervision
- Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
- Provides a variety of financial data
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or another related field required
- 2+ years of related experience
- Knowledge and exposure to fundamental financial and accounting theories, principles, and concepts
- Entry-level position for an individual with college-level general finance/accounting training and some experience.

- Gaining knowledge and understanding of the department and the broader organization
- Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
