Tasks

• Provide on-demand IT support and troubleshooting for clients to ensure seamless technology operations.

• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including hardware, systems software, and applications software.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals.

• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Assist in the implementation and management of cloud computing services to enhance client infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining server and network infrastructure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
