Shell Recharge Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator II to lead advanced IT support for SRS. Act as Tier 3 escalation point for complex issues and enterprise applications and own platform support, governance, and compliance activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced (Tier 3) IT support across systems, applications, and integrations
• Administer and support enterprise applications including:
• AWS, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub, Salesforce and other internal platforms
• Manage user access, roles, configurations, and integrations
• Act as primary escalation point for platform and system issues
• Maintain application governance standards and controls
• Support ISO 27001 and PCI DSS audits (evidence collection, control support)
• Coordinate vendors, contracts, licenses, and invoices
• Maintain system and process documentation
• Partner with IT, engineering, compliance, and service providers

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in advanced IT support (Tier 2/3)
• Hands-on experience supporting multiple SaaS / enterprise platforms
• Experience with access management, configurations, and integrations
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 / PCI DSS
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
