About Hilbert

Hilbert is a scalable, data science-first growth engine that gives B2C teams predictive clarity into user behavior, revenue drivers, and the actions that drive sustainable growth. Fully agentic by design, Hilbert shrinks months-long decision cycles to minutes.

From Fortune 10 enterprises to beloved brands like FreshDirect, Blank Street, and Levain Bakery, operators run their growth on Hilbert. We're backed by Andreessen Horowitz and co-build alongside leading AI companies.

Product at Hilbert is a small, senior group at the core of the company. The people in these seats shape how Hilbert's agentic solution evolves, how our customers grow, and how we go to market.

About the role

This is a 0-to-1 seat with founder-level ownership. You'll take a whole surface of Hilbert and own it end-to-end — vision, roadmap, specs, ship dates, and the customer results it produces. We're stubborn about the mission and flexible on tactics, and we expect the same from you.

Two things make this role different from most PM jobs. First, we're forward-deployed: you'll spend real time inside our customers' businesses — discovery, onboarding, growth reviews — and what you learn there becomes the roadmap. Second, the product is technical: what our customers buy is growth, but what we build is data and ML infrastructure with an agent on top. Your decisions will touch ingestion pipelines, model behavior, the agent, and activation platforms, working daily with software, ML/AI, and data engineers across time zones.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap end-to-end: synthesize a complex problem space into clear direction, and carry it from idea to shipped product to measured business impact.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their domain, uncover the highest-impact growth opportunities, and act as their trusted product advisor.
  • Track and prioritize customer requests across a large pool of accounts and topics, keeping trade-offs explicit and the roadmap trusted across the company.
  • Define success metrics for everything you ship, tying product outcomes to customer KPIs and company OKRs with numbers you can defend.
  • Partner day-to-day with software, ML/AI, and data engineers to scope ruthlessly, ship in weeks not quarters, and prototype yourself where it helps.

Who thrives in this role

  • 8+ years as a product manager, including at least one product taken from zero to one — engineers or data scientists who became PMs are especially welcome.
  • Owner's mindset: you operate autonomously, navigate ambiguity, make sound calls without perfect information, and kill your own ideas when the evidence says so.
  • Strong technical foundation: comfortable with SQL, data pipelines, and warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), able to hold your own in architecture and modeling discussions with engineers, with sound judgment on AI products — evals, non-determinism, when a model is good enough to ship.
  • Clear, compelling communicator who translates strategy into execution across engineering, GTM, and customer stakeholders.
  • Customer empathy paired with commercial instinct: you hear the problem behind the request, get creative about solving it, and know what customers will pay for.

Location

This role will start remotely as we build Hilbert's presence and establish our first LATAM hub.

You'll travel regularly to work directly with customers across the region, particularly during onboarding, implementation, and key deployment milestones.

As our team and customer presence grow and we establish a hub in a specific LATAM city, relocation within Latin America may be required in the future. We're looking for people who are excited about helping build that presence from the ground up and have flexibility around where the hub ultimately takes shape.

You'll also collaborate closely with Hilbert teams across the US and Europe, so comfort working across time zones is important.

Compensation

Competitive salary + equity package, commensurate with experience. Performance-based bonuses tied to project milestones and customer impact.

Hilbert is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to building a diverse team and an inclusive culture, and we welcome applicants of all backgrounds. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.

If this role excites you but you don't meet every qualification, we'd still like to hear from you — people from underrepresented groups often rule themselves out too early.
