Eaton Electric is currently looking for a Services Sales Engineer Power Distribution to join the team in one of the following locations: Warszaw or Gdańsk, Poland.

What you’ll do:

This position has the direct responsibility for:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Power Distribution Service business.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of new and existing accounts.
  • Identify customer needs, create tailored solutions, and close opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to define growth areas.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and effective CRM pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Country Sales, Local Service, EMEA Service Teams and Key Account teams to achieve common goals.
  • Conduct customer visits, site assessments, and represent the company at industry events (min. 50% travel).

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
  • 1–2 years of sales or commercial experience (ability to identify opportunities and support service sales),
  • Experience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning of electrical systems,
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and equipment,
  • Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities for medium- and low-voltage systems,

Skills:

  • Ability to work independently on-site and manage customer interactions,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Good command of English (spoken and written),
  • Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently,
  • Fluent in Polish.
