Benefits
Full description
Set a new pulse for healthcare!
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product team at Doctolib.
Your mission: scale Doctolib's acquisition engine into a measurable, lower-cost growth driver across France, Germany and Italy. You will own the end-to-end product-led and marketing-led growth funnel, from freemium offer design to subscription and in-product upsell, contributing directly to growing ARR while bringing the cost to acquire new practitioners down.
Building at Doctolib means shipping products that change how care teams and patients experience healthcare every day.
What you'll do
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own Doctolib Free freemium offer: define what is free, metered, or demo-only, and design the conversion paths that move practitioners to a paid plan
- Own and improve the subscription funnel for new business and upsell, across web and in-product surfaces, including checkout and sign-up unification
- Design and improve every in-product flow that moves an existing customer to a higher-value plan
- Define acquisition-side packaging: offer catalogue, eligibility rules, and contract signature flows across France, Germany and Italy
- Lead marketing-led growth initiatives, including lead generation, B2B website conversion, and lifecycle marketing, connecting them to the core product funnel
- Set the direction for cross-team delivery (along with the PMMs and other counterparts), deciding offer by offer and country by country when conversion is the right path, and when to route a user to sales as a warm, product-qualified lead
Who you are
Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- You have owned a PLG conversion, ARR or CAC metric as your primary objective in B2B SaaS at scale, and can quantify what it moved, from what baseline, over what period
- You have scaled product-led growth alongside a sales motion, and can explain how you chose between autonomous conversion and handing sales a warm lead, offer by offer
- You read data yourself, define funnel measurement from scratch, and make decisions with experiments rather than opinion
- You have solid product judgement on pricing, packaging, eligibility and freemium boundaries, and can work within a regulated environment with consent and country-specific constraints in mind
- You set direction for teams you do not manage and move a metric across a cross-functional chain
- You are fluent in English
It would be fantastic if you:
- Have owned both product-led and marketing-led growth, connecting lifecycle, attribution or lead scoring to the product funnel
- Have worked across multiple countries with different pricing or packaging constraints
- Have experience in a regulated or healthcare context
