We are looking for an experienced Group Product Manager with 8–18 years of experience to lead product strategy, execution, and growth across a portfolio of enterprise products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pre-sales, ERP/CRM platforms, product management, and enterprise technology, with the ability to work closely with customers, sales teams, engineering, and business leadership.
This role requires a strategic product leader who can translate complex customer and business requirements into scalable product solutions, influence product roadmaps, and drive adoption and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise products.
- Lead product discovery by understanding customer needs, market trends, competitive landscapes, and business priorities.
- Partner closely with pre-sales and sales teams to understand customer requirements, support solution positioning, and participate in enterprise customer discussions and product demonstrations.
- Translate customer challenges into clear product requirements, use cases, business cases, and actionable product roadmaps.
- Drive product strategy for ERP/CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise workflows, integrations, automation, reporting, and customer experience requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, implementation, customer success, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and release priorities.
- Manage multiple products or product lines, balancing strategic initiatives with tactical customer and business requirements.
- Establish product KPIs and analyze adoption, engagement, revenue, retention, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with leadership to develop product commercialization strategies and identify opportunities for expansion into new markets and customer segments.
- Mentor and guide product managers while establishing strong product management processes and best practices.
- Represent the product organization in customer meetings, industry discussions, internal reviews, and executive forums.
Must-Have Skills• 8–18 years of experience in product management, enterprise software, SaaS, or related technology domains.
- Strong hands-on experience in pre-sales, including customer discovery, solution consulting, product demonstrations, requirement gathering, and supporting enterprise deal cycles.
- Deep understanding of ERP/CRM platforms, enterprise workflows, integrations, and business applications.
- Proven experience managing complex B2B or enterprise products from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap management, prioritization, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, implementation, and customer success teams.
Good-to-Have Skills• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or education/workforce technology platforms.
- Exposure to product-led growth, growth strategies, customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Experience scaling products across multiple markets, geographies, or customer segments.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, analytics, automation, and cloud-based enterprise platforms.
- MBA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
