📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze business problems and needs to drive product evolution.

• Daily collaboration with Development team to be aligned on the requirements and technical solutions.

• Define and describe functional and non-functional requirements to drive product evaluation.

• Create and maintain Confluence documentation, Jira Epics and Stories.

• Manage Product and Sprint Backlog. Maintain requirements in case of any change requests and during all phases of SDLC.

• Conduct and manage Sprint Demo meetings.

📌 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a BA or Product Owner.

• We are looking for a BA who is an expert in BE & FE requirements, familiar with multi-actor requirements specification (administrator, end-user, etc.), and understands the purpose and structure of relational and non-relational databases.

📌 Hard Skills

• Requirements elicitation.

• Requirements documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, UML and BPMN diagrams, wireframes and prototypes modeling, UI elements specification).

• Backlog prioritization based on business needs.

• Requirements CRUD operations.

• AI tools experience (everything that could be automated must be automated).
