Job Description

• Mentor the team of around 12 members. 
• Dashboard Development: Design and develop high-performance, enterprise-grade Power BI reports and dashboards for CIB Financing.
• Data Modeling: Design, build, and optimize robust data models using Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema).
• DAX Development: Write and optimize complex DAX calculations and ensure report performance over large datasets.
• SQL & Data Extraction: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and prepare data from bank databases.
• Stakeholder Management: Gather requirements directly from CIB business stakeholders, help them define KPIs, and advise them on the best visualization solutions.
• Governance & Security: Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), manage Power BI workspaces, and enforce best practices across the team.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Senior Power BI Expertise: Deep, senior-level experience in architecting and deploying end-to-end enterprise Power BI solutions.
• Advanced DAX & Power Query: Master-level knowledge of DAX (expert in evaluation context, time intelligence, and performance tuning) and complex M/Power Query transformations.
• Advanced SQL: Expert-level SQL querying skills (performance optimization, complex joins, CTEs, and window functions) for data extraction and preparation.
• Dimensional Modeling: Deep theoretical and practical expertise in data warehousing concepts, specifically Kimball methodology (Star Schema, Fact and Dimension tables).

Soft Skills:

• Executive Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently present to, negotiate with, and influence senior CIB business leaders.
• Consultative Leadership: A proactive, advisory mindset—the ability to constructively challenge business requests to deliver the best possible analytical product rather than just executing specifications.
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous financial business needs into structured, scalable technical requirements.
• Communication skills.
• Language: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) to operate fluently in an international and multicultural banking environment.
