As our new Business Intelligence Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and optimising enterprise data integration and reporting solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in ETL development, SSIS, SQL Server and Data Warehousing to help transform complex business data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across our global operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across enterprise-wide initiatives, supporting the evolution of Bradken's data landscape whilst delivering robust, scalable and reliable data solutions. You'll work with technologies including SSIS, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and PySpark, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business functions to modernise and enhance our enterprise data platform.

What You'll Do

As part of our Digital & Technology team, you will:

  • Design, develop and maintain enterprise ETL solutions using SSIS, Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Build, enhance and optimise data warehouse solutions, including dimensional data models and data marts.
  • Develop and support integrations between ERP systems, business applications and enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Create, maintain and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and improve data quality, performance and reliability across enterprise data platforms.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Contribute to Bradken's data modernisation initiatives, including cloud-based data platforms and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

What We're Looking For

You enjoy solving business problems through data and take pride in building reliable solutions that deliver value to end users. You're collaborative, adaptable and passionate about continuously improving data platforms and processes.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Demonstrated experience developing and supporting ETL solutions using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) in enterprise environments.
  • Strong SQL/T-SQL skills with experience in database development, performance tuning and data transformation.
  • Experience designing, developing and supporting data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience with data integration, data migration and enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX and report development.
  • Experience working with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric or other cloud-based data integration tools.
  • Experience with modern data engineering technologies such as PySpark will be highly regarded.
  • Experience developing and supporting business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub and CI/CD practices will be highly regarded.

Job Location

Coimbatore is preferred; however, we may consider a remote arrangement for the right candidate.
