Hardware Engineering Manager

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Lead the hardware development team: board and module design, bring-up, and sustaining engineering for the DPU line.

What you'll do:

• Lead board/system design and design reviews

• Own bring-up and debug of new revisions

• Manage sustaining engineering and ECOs

• Coordinate with firmware, validation, and manufacturing

• Grow and mentor the engineering team

What you'll bring:

• 8+ years hardware engineering, 3+ leading teams

• High-speed digital design experience

• NPI experience through production

• BSEE/MSEE

Pay range: $150,000 – $185,000 per year
