As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our product team, in a 50% position.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead the design of our digital product's user experience and interface. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams, design user flows, screens and interactive mockups across multiple brands, and help maintain and evolve our Design System. This is a hands-on role at 50%, combining design thinking with strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design UX and UI for a digital product, including e-commerce.
• Build user flows, wireframes and interactive mockups in Figma.
• Work across multiple brands in parallel, maintaining design and brand consistency.
• Work directly and closely with developers, from handoff through implementation.
• Use, adapt and maintain existing Design Systems.
• Create animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
• Work with existing Adobe XD files and migrate them to Figma as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for a digital product.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience working with Design Systems.
• Experience designing for e-commerce products.
• Experience working across multiple brands in parallel.
• Experience working directly with developers.
• Familiarity with Adobe XD (sufficient to read and migrate files to Figma; not for day-to-day work).
• Ability to create animation, flows and interactive mockups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2C companies.
• Experience working on Israeli and global products.
• Experience in Travel, Travel Tech or Marketplace.
• Experience in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
