Owning a project’s complete lifecycle through managing process execution and providing leadership
You will manage a project, or multiple small project teams, using your industry knowledge and leadership skills. You will lead and develop other to ensure key processes are completed accurately and on time. With little or no oversight, you must lead a project and its stakeholders, from sales to close out, to ensure profitability.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Your top priority is to lead the project team and processes result in client satisfaction and profitability.
- Driving project execution, from start up to close out.
- Managing junior project managers, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle.
- Managing financial processes to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
- Providing project accountability to drive process consistency aligned with Harmon’s best practices.
- Demonstration technical acuity to intercept potential issues and teach others to take action to mitigate loss.
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 9-16 years experience in project management or a related field
- Technical acuity applicable to the curtainwall business
- Curtainwall industry experience required.
