Senior Graphic Designer

Description

Leads or contributes to design projects from concept through completion (including concepting and design execution) with close collaboration amongst other creative partners Interprets creative briefs and solves our clients’ needs through visual solutions Translate strategic objectives into engaging visual concepts aligned with brand goals. Lead on-brand strategic design execution across digital, print, motion, paid social, OOH and experiential channels. Develops creative content, including brand identity, product launches, digital ads, presentations, signage, and more. Adapts and optimizes designs for different marketing channels—including digital (website, social, ads), print and events Reviews projects to ensure successful delivery, free of errors and inconsistencies Develops a deep understanding of our brands and how to convey personality uniquely across mediums Ensures consistency of communications across all creative touchpoints and adherence to brand standards throughout the creative process Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clearly communicate design rationale.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
