- Conducts ongoing analysis of business processes and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Gathers and analyzes key information for business owners to thoroughly understand and makes recommendations for new and changing business needs; translates business requirements into IT applications.
- Focuses on business processes and works to align with organizational goals.
- Identifies, defines, produces, and/or updates documentation for new and/or changing processes, systems, and/or programs.
- Applies information systems development, implementation, and/or operation control concepts in a wide variety of technology settings.
- Ensures all bugs, changes, and features are properly submitted, updated, and/or assigned.
- May create end-user documentation
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
