This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager I, Expert Apply based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the product strategy for an AI-powered job search automation experience designed to help people navigate the job market more efficiently. You will own the end-to-end product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business growth, experimentation, and long-term product vision. A major focus will be developing a mobile-first experience that improves the application funnel, adoption, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, and other teams in a highly collaborative and globally distributed environment. The role combines rigorous experimentation, quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and competitive intelligence to guide product decisions. You will have significant autonomy to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and turn insights into measurable product improvements. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-impact product roadmap, aligning product priorities with customer needs and broader business objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for the Expert Apply experience, driving continuous improvements and growth initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, and leadership to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver product outcomes.
  • Champion a mobile-first product strategy focused on optimizing the application funnel, increasing adoption and retention, and supporting the launch of a dedicated mobile application.
  • Design, execute, and interpret rigorous A/B tests across product experiences and marketing channels to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with Email Marketing and other teams to develop retention strategies, including leveraging job alerts and other engagement mechanisms.
  • Use market trends, competitive analysis, quantitative metrics, and qualitative user research to identify customer needs and translate insights into actionable product features.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance and use data-driven insights to refine priorities, improve user experiences, and support revenue growth.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, results, and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in consumer-facing Product Management.
  • Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for consumer digital products.
  • Strong expertise in A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, quantitative analysis, and interpreting complex datasets to drive business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and product data into actionable product strategies.
  • Strong understanding of modern technology stacks and the ability to assess technical complexity and effort while partnering effectively with engineering teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading initiatives across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a globally distributed, remote environment.
  • Experience with B2C subscription products, job boards, or AI-driven products is preferred.
  • Passion for AI-powered consumer experiences, experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-driven product development.

  • Competitive salary with location-based ranges of $150,000–$175,000 for most eligible locations.
  • Salary range of $165,000–$195,000 for San Francisco, New York, and Seattle locations.
  • Salary range of $155,000–$185,000 for Austin and Chicago locations.
