Associate Project Marketing Manager - Magic: The Gathering
Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge
Working pattern: Full-time, hybrid role based in the office Tuesday to Thursday, with flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
Step into a role at the heart of Magic: The Gathering across EMEA, helping bring campaigns, launches, organised play, fan engagement, and cross-functional marketing projects to life with clarity, pace, and operational excellence. Partnering closely with Brand, Go-to-Market, Community, Social Media, PR, Events, Commercial, and Global teams, you will be the connective force that keeps projects aligned, visible, and moving forward from brief to delivery.

You will help strengthen ways of working, build scalable processes, and support the successful delivery of regional marketing priorities that connect players, fans, and communities with Magic: The Gathering.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Project Planning & Delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of regional Magic: The Gathering marketing projects from brief through to launch
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep campaigns, assets, approvals, and deliverables on track
- Monitor project progress and identify / flag risks and blockers
- Manage project workflows, approvals, timelines, and asset delivery processes across multiple markets
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and alignment sessions
- Report on project milestones, launch readiness, and execution status to support confident, timely decision-making
Process & Operational Improvement
- Spot opportunities to improve marketing workflows, team collaboration, and campaign delivery
- Create and refine project management best practices, templates, and frameworks that help teams work smarter
- Drive consistency in planning, reporting, and execution methodologies
- Support adoption of project management tools and systems
Budget & Resource Management
- Support tracking of marketing budgets, purchase orders, and project expenditures
- Ensure project activities remain aligned with approved budgets and priorities
Experience and qualifications:
- Experience or genuine interest in trading card games, gaming, entertainment, fan communities, consumer products, technology, or related industries (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in project management, marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role where you have kept complex workstreams moving (essential).
- Strong project planning and organisational skills, with the ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to busy teams (essential).
- Experience using project management platforms (Asana, Smartsheet, or similar) is a plus.
- Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing detail, pace, and changing priorities (essential).
