Role Highlights

Are you a UX Designer with a focus on CRO and Growth Design who thrives on creating data-driven, conversion-optimized digital experiences?

Our team designs experiences that engage, convert, and delight users while advancing our mission to make the internet more private and secure. Guided by experimentation, data, and collaboration, we craft thoughtful, performance-focused user journeys that make a measurable impact.

What you’ll do

  • Design conversion-driven design: Create and optimize marketing and landing pages that deliver high engagement and measurable improvements in conversion rates.
  • Own top-of-funnel and conversion-critical touchpoints: Landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign experiments — with a focus on measurable performance outcomes.
  • Design and execute A/B tests: Develop hypotheses, create test variants, and analyze performance to validate UX and conversion insights.
  • Create well-converting user experiences for the web: Apply strong understanding of visual hierarchy, information architecture, and consumer psychology to design seamless user journeys.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, analytics, affiliate, and content teams to align design solutions with both user needs and business objectives.
  • Understand our users and competitors: Maintain a deep understanding of our customers’ motivations and market context to inform design decisions that balance user experience with commercial goals.
  • Produce high-quality UX deliverables: Create detailed mockups, flows, and presentations to communicate design intent and secure stakeholder alignment.
  • Contribute to the design system: Help maintain consistency across components and tokens, and support requests from the broader design and development teams.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate prototyping, personalization, and experiment validation — and help establish best practices across the team.

What you’ll need

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in conversion-focused UX and web design, preferably for marketing, product, or e-commerce experiences that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and composition to create designs that are both beautiful and high-performing
  • Expertise in A/B testing, experiment design, and UX optimization workflows
  • Skilled in creating effective UX documentation—including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and flows—to communicate design intent clearly
  • Experienced working cross-functionally with marketers, engineers, content strategists, and product managers to align user experience with business goals
  • Experienced contributing to design systems, ensuring consistency across components and tokens.
  • Solid understanding of UX psychology, growth experimentation, and conversion optimization principles, applying user behavior insights to drive engagement and retention.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality UX, CRO, and Growth Design work — with clear evidence of impact on business metrics such as conversion, retention, or lifetime value.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, or similar.

Attributes

  • Strategic and analytical: You approach design challenges with a data-informed mindset and a focus on outcomes
  • Proactive and adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple projects without sacrificing quality

  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven: You take pride in polished execution and pixel-perfect delivery
  • Curious and growth-minded: You embrace feedback, continuously learn, and always look for ways to improve both design and process
